At Pottery For The Planet, we want you to love your handmade ceramics as much as we do. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our studio.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned pottery, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
