Are your pottery pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all of our ceramic items are fired at high temperatures making them durable, microwave safe, and dishwasher friendly. However, hand-washing is recommended to extend the life of your unique glaze.
How do you ensure my ceramics don't break during shipping?
We use 100% plastic-free, biodegradable packaging including honeycomb paper wrap and starch-based packing peanuts to ensure your pottery arrives in perfect condition while staying kind to the planet.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that since each piece is handmade, slight variations in color and shape are expected and not considered defects.
Can I place a custom order for a specific design?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event of a breakage during transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and email it to our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
